Joaquin M. Puente Jr. Joaquin M. "Jack" Puente Jr. , 44, of Genoa, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2003 in his home. Jack was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 3, 2003 to Joaquin and Concepcion (Mendez) Puente. He worked as a general laborer for many years with several different companies. Surviving are his loving wife, Irene Quezada, children, Daniel, Jose and Carlos Puente; brothers, Jesus (Marina) and Domingo (Sheila) Puente; aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jose Puente. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-8 pm at the Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home Woodville Road Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, Millbury, Ohio. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:15 am and proceed to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Genoa, Ohio for a funeral ceremony at 11 am with Deacon William Perez officiating. Interment will take place in Clay Township Cemetery.
