John "Everett" Hardin, 84, of Oregon, passed away on July 26, 2005 in St. Charles Mercy Hospital. He was born on August 18, 1920 to Charles and Helen (Walker) Hardin in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Everett had worked for the former Casco Mills and retired from Andersen Plastics. He was an Army WWII veteran and a member of Unity United Methodist Church. Surviving are his brother, Joe (Isabel) Hardin and sister, Helen Snider. Everett is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Dorothy Mazie Hardin, Zelma Wilguess and Mary Snider. There will be no visitation. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
