Jon Walter Lamb, 55, of Toledo, OH passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 6, 2020 from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. Jon was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 24, 1965 to Harry and Betty (Kertesz) Lamb. Jon was a 1983 graduate of Waite High School. He was employed by Mondelez Corporation, formerly Nabisco. Jon was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He truly enjoyed riding his Harley with friends that became family. Surviving are his wife, Joy; children Julie (Charles) Fox, Jenny Sargent and Jamie (Scott) Kozak; grandchildren, Ryan, Kyle, Adam, Zechariah, Caleb, Israel, Leah; siblings, Jim Lamb, Jerry Lamb, Barb (Todd) Kissel, Louise (Bob) Schwartz, Louis (Debi) Cherko, Steve (Kim) Cherko, Jeff (Wanda) Lamb. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and friends. Jon was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew, Errick Lamb. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road Oregon, Ohio on Friday, June 12, 2020, from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Private Family funeral services will be held and inurnment will take place in Willow Cemetery.
