Joseph Domonkos, 84, of Toledo, Ohio passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 27, 1924 to Stephen and Julia Domonkos. Joseph was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War II. He had been employed by American Brake Shoe and as a guard at LOF for 33 years, retiring in 1987. Surviving are his wife, Jeanette; daughter, Connie (Laszlo) Goda; granddaughter, Wendy (Chuck) Romstadt; his pride and joy great grandchildren, Emma and Braxton; brother, Steve Domonkos; sister, Dorothy Farkas; sister-in-law, Priscilla Oatley and many nieces and nephews. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 3 sisters. Expressions of sympathy in Joseph's memory can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
