Joseph Michael Duris age 36, went to be with our Lord on August 7, 2021, while surrounded by his loving family. Joey was born April 2, 1985 in Toledo, Ohio to Joseph E. Duris and Linda L. Duris Rimelspach. Joey had a gentle compassionate nature, a great sense of humor, he loved his family and friends, loved animals and nature, he was a talented musician and enjoyed playing the drums and guitar and worked for many years as a restaurant cook/chef he was an excellent cook and loved to prepare meals for others. Left to cherish his memory his loving parents Joe (Deb) Duris and Linda ( David) Rimelspach brothers Jonathan, Austin, Tony and sister Jennifer, grandmother Joyce Speweik, godmother Pamela Braden, many aunts and uncles and cousins. Joey was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph G. Duris, grandmother, Barbara Duris, grandfather, Robert G. Speweik, cousins Morgan Duris, and Tali Voss and Joey's best friend his dog Hercules. Graveside Services at Lake Township Cemetery are being planned.
