Joseph C. Heinze Jr., 79, of east Toledo, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2005, at Hospice of Northwest, Ohio. Joe was born in Custar, Ohio, on February 17, 1925, to Joseph C. and Helen Heinze. Joe had retired from Acme Specialty Company. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; children, Sally (Bruce) Smith, Jill (Harold) Brooks, Joe Heinze; stepchildren, Melissa Hall, Dennis Hall Jr., Terrie Hall, Joseph Hall; 9 grandchildren; sister, Rosie; brother, Billy. Memorial services will be held at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Joe's family.
