Joshua Charles Neumeyer
Joshua Charles Neumeyer, 16, of Oregon, Ohio passed away, Monday, December 15, 2003 at Mott Children's
Hospital, Ann Arbor, Michigan after a long illness. Josh was born on April 17, 1987 in Toledo, Ohio to Charles
W. Jr. and Pamela (Thompson) Neumeyer.. He attended Fassett Junior High and presently was a freshman at
Clay High School.
Josh loved to bowl, golf, and camp, he also loved to ride his bike and scooter. Besides being a great Ohio State
fan, he loved parties, people and especially Myrtle Beach. Most of all Josh loved his parents and he enjoyed
being with them. Josh was always looking for a good time. He had a great spirit, loved everybody and never met
a stranger.
Josh is survived by his loving parents, Chuck and Pamela Neumeyer; grandparents, Joel and Evelyn Thompson,
Elaine Neumeyer; great grandmother, Helen Krajieck; aunts and uncles, Sherry Vaugnn, Debbie (Ray) Tobin,
Chuck (Patti) Thompson, Greg Neumeyer, Sue (Doug) Hanely, Linda (Mark) Chesser, Mike (Annette)
Neumeyer; many cousins and friends. Josh was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Neumeyer Sr.,
and his great grandfather, Paul Krajieck.
Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy
Road on Wednesday from 4-9 p.m. and on Thursday from noon until 9 p.m.. Funeral Services will be held in
the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 am. Entombment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Those
wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Josh's memory are asked to consider the Leukemia Society or
Make a Wish Foundation. Josh's parents would like to extend their thanks and gratitude to Owens Corning and
Lantz Dental for befriending Josh and all the love and support they provided.
