Joy S. Hall, 54, of Millbury, OH passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg.  She was born in Lima, OH on January 31, 1954 to Chauncey and Miriam (Anderson) Basinger. Joy was a homemaker and a mother to Path For Life. She was a member of Lemoyne Baptist Church and an office manager for Heartbeat of Northwest Ohio.Joy is survived by her loving Husband of 35 years, Joe; parents; daughters, Jolene Hall and Jill (Andrew) Damman; brother, Mike Basinger; sisters, Jane Lammers, Jeri Wagner, Cindy Basinger and Chris Basinger, and many nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2008 at Lemoyne Baptist Church, 25030 Bradner Rd., Genoa, OH, 43430.
