Joyce M 'œJo' Holst, 80, of Toledo, passed away on November 15, 2013. She was born on July 6, 1933 in Toledo. She worked for the Wooldridge Insurance Agency for 21 years and in 1988 she went to work for Blair Assoc. Inc. in Elmore, Ohio as an insurance agent, retiring in 1992. In her retirement, she enjoyed spending her summers at Manitou Beach on Round Lake, Michigan. She loved all animals and birds. Joyce enjoyed watching birds at her five bird feeds, especially the humming birds. She loved her cats, Thomas B., Susie and Maggie Jo and her dog, B. J. She is survived by her special friend, Geraldine Wooldridge; sister, Diane (John) Franks ; niece, Deborah Shepler; nephew, John (Julie) Franks; nephew-in-law, Richard McCune; great-nieces, Rachel Franks (David Bias), Sarah (Jason) Morgan, Amanda McCune, Anna and Caroline Franks; great-great nieces, Hannah Franks, Emma Jo Bias, and Lila Morgan; and great-great-nephew, Penn Morgan. She was preceded in death by mother, Flora Holst; niece, Cathy Jo McCune, and nephew-in-law, Bryan Shepler. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., on Monday, November 18, 2013 from 2:00 pm '" 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 11:00 am in the funeral home.
