Judith E. Haugh, 79, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016, surrounded by her family. Judy was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 9, 1936 to Charles and Lucille (Bossert) Mills. Judy was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church for many years. Her hobbies included gardening, reading, and exercising. Judy is survived by her siblings, Patricia Snowadzky, Janet Lee Stanley, and Roger (Nancy Sue) Mills; along with a niece, 5 nephews, and many loving family members. She was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, Apri1, 2016 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Willow Cemetery.
