Judith A. Koren, 58, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Friday July 4, 2008 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 28, 1950 to Harry J. and Helen (Bachmayer) McGee.   Judy was employed as a bookkeeper/office manager for 30 years with L&L Packaging and Plating, Inc.  She graduated from Clay High School and attended Stauzenberger Business College.  Judy was a member of the Toledo Swiss Ladies and a former member of the American Turners.  She was also the past president of the Biretta Club of Cardinal Stritch High School and past member of the Toledo Figure Skating Club, Bowling Green Figure Skating Club and the United States Figure Skating Association.  Surviving are her husband of 39 years, Joseph T.; son, Joseph H. (Amber); granddaughter, Isabelle Jo; mother, Helen B. McGee; sister, Jean (David) Samaritoni and brother, James (Nancy) McGee; several nieces and nephews and closest friend, Peggy (Andy) Walko.  She was preceded in death by her father, Harry J. McGee.   There will be no visitation.  Memorial mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church where the family will greet friends after 10:00 AM.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Judys memory may be given to the Judy Koren Fund c/o Huntington Bank.  Arrangements are being handled by the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Homes.   We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life, we loved you dearly In death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, You did not go alone; For part of us went with you, The day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, Your love is still our guide; And though we cannot see you You are always at our side.
