Judith Ann Nagy, 55 of Oregon, Ohio passed away in her residence from a cancer illness on Thursday, January 5, 2023. Judy was born in Oregon, Ohio on December 7, 1967 to Ernest and Alice (Helle) Nagy, who preceded her in death. Judy was a 1986 graduate of Clay High School and also obtained her Bachelor of Education from the University of Toledo. Judy enjoyed helping others and was good about sending a card or note to brighten someone's day. She baked the best chocolate chip cookies and loved to make them for birthday and holiday celebrations. She was thoughtful and caring and remembered everyone's birthday or anniversary. Judy enjoyed cross stitch and visits to the Hallmark store, having a nice collection of Hallmark ornaments. She enjoyed teaching the children of parents attending Bob Forney's Friday night Bible Study group. Judy was an excellent care giver to her parents and help to her brother Ken.

Surviving are her siblings, Ken Nagy, Ronald (Mary) Nagy and Karen (Terry) Steigmeier; nephews Cord Steigmeier, Oliver Steigmeier and Nash Nagy.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon where her funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 19 at 11:00 am. Guests at the funeral are invited to a luncheon after the service at Bob Evans on Navarre Avenue. Private family interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Judy's memory are asked to consider donations in lieu of flowers to the American Cancer Society or the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance.
