Judith Ann Rhodes, 67, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021 at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Judy was born July 25, 1953 in Toledo, Ohio to Lacy and Virginia (Sheline) Reed. She was a member of Nation Gospel Tabernacle Church, enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and listening to gospel music; especially Elvis Presley. Judy is survived by her children, Rev. Jonathan (Rev. Ayla) Rhodes, Maryann Rhodes, and Tammy (Mark) Massingill; grandchildren, Judith, Jonathan, Genesis, Jennifer, Jacob, Joshua, Marissa, David, Kimberly, Katie, Kyle, Laura, Rachel, April, and Mark; great-grandchildren, Nathan, Kayla, Alana, Allejandra, Ethan; boyfriend, Ronald Hurst; stepson, Ronnie Hurst; and siblings, J.B. Goodwin, Barry (Olga) Goodwin, and Diane Polinski; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard Rhodes; sons, Kenneth Rhodes and Timothy Rhodes; and grandchildren, Ashley and Timothy. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, July 23, 2021 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be officiated by Rev. Ayla Rhodes Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Interment: Lake Township Cemetery.
