Judy Ann Bartell, 72, of Woodville, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Sunday, May 28, 2023. Judy was born October 10, 1950 in Toledo, Ohio to James and Julia (DeVol) Ralph.

Judy was a graduate of Waite High School. She worked for several years at JC Penney and retired as a stocker. Judy had a passion for dancing and music. She and her husband, David, enjoyed being outdoors and going on many walks in the surrounding Ohio parks. Together they traveled to many places including China, Hawaii and Las Vegas to sight see. Judy was very fashionable and always made sure her hair, makeup and outfit was perfect. In her spare time she enjoyed reading and playing games with David. They played lots of two-handed euchre, pool, washers, cornhole, and Wii Bowling that she always won at. Most of all, Judy treasured the memories she made with her grandchildren and time spent with her family.

Judy is survived by her loving husband, David Bartell; children, Amy Gimenez, Bryan (Elizabeth) Gimenez, Brad Gimenez, Jennifer (John) Stuck; step-children, Mandy (Alex) Bartell and Brian (Maegan) Bartell; 23 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Sandy (Tom) Wern, Peggy Fulkert, and Paula (James) Fouke.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter-in-law, Amanda Gimenez; and brother-in-law, James Fulkert.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road (east of I-280) Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until time of memorial service at 12:00 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Promedica Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
