Judy A. Elsea 71 of Toledo, Ohio went to be with her God on Tuesday March 1, 2011. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 20, 1939 to Alta and Edward (Red) Dombrowsky. Judy was a graduate of the Waite High School class of 1957. She worked at Kmart for 23 years as a Supervisor of Customer Service where she had many of dear friends. Judy is survived by her husband of 31 years Raymond Elsea: daughter, Diana (Richard) Elsea; step-daughter Tonya (Bill) Kelley; step-son Rick Elsea; grandchildren, Samantha, Christina, Alex, and Abby; brother Ken (Amy) Dombrowsky along with 2 neices and 2 nephews. Per her wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services and she will be laid to rest with her parents at North Oregon Cemetery in Oregon, Ohio.
