Born September 5, 1939 to the late Forest J. and Elizabeth (Lasko) Paulsen, left this world on, Tuesday, November 9, 2021, to be with our Lord. Judy began her education at Holy Rosary Grade School, then Central Catholic High where she graduated with the class of 1957. Her career of secretarial work started in the Pathology Department at the former Mercy Hospital for four years. She went on to be an office manager at Northwest Ohio Plastic Surgeons where she retired in 1995 after 33 years. Judy was a charter member of the Plastic Surgery Administrative Association. Being an avid gardener, she would see what plants and flowers she could rescue while working at the Anderson's Lawn and Garden Department on Woodville Rd. for 11 years. Judy was a life-long member of Holy Rosary Church, until its closing, serving on both the Parish Council, the Rosary Alter Society, Secretary of the St. Vincent DePaul Society at St. John the Baptist Church. She was also an active member of Epiphany of the Lord Parish's and St. John the Baptist, a passionate Notre Dame Associate, and a volunteer for the Helping Hand's of St. Louis and at the Gen-A-Cross Lutheran Society. These activities kept her close to the people dear to her heart. In between all of the activities, volunteering and work, she made time for friends and family, enjoying traveling to Israel, Italy and Germany, dining out, leisurely walks, reading, WWII history, collecting music boxes and angels. Judy was full of love and life wherever she was; even if it was talking to a stranger in the checkout line. Now she will be doing the same in Heaven with the glory of God.
Surviving are her sisters, Donna S. LaMarche and Carol (Joseph) Hornyak and many nieces and nephews.
