Julia Delgado, 48, of Toledo, Ohio passed away March 25, 2013 at Heartland of Oregon. She was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico on July 25, 1964 to Maria Dolores Lozano and raised by Gilbert and Enedina Delgado. She attended Oakdale School and Maumee Valley Country Day. Surviving are her daughter, Evon S. Kidan and Krystal Delgado; 5 grandchildren; siblings, Gilbert Jr. (Rosie), David (Guadalupe), Johnny Delgado, Daniel (Martha), Alfred (Debbie), Rosie (Rob) Law, Susie (Frank) Ramirez, Dolores Martinez, Rosa Garcia, Teresa Sanchez, Jose Luis Lozano, Esther Barajas, San Juana Alva, Alfredo Lozano, Araceli Lozano; special friend, James West; along with many loving family members and friends. Julia was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Enedina Delgado and brothers, Victor Lozano and Albert Delgado. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Bible Way Church, 2335 Collingwood Ave., Toledo.
