Julia M. Ralph, 82, of Swanton, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 5, 2006, in the Genoa Care Center. Julia was born in Pomeroy, Ohio on August 8, 1924, to Clayton and Alta (White) DeVol. Mrs. Ralph was employed as a production worker at the John Manville Company for many years until her retirement in 1994. Surviving are her daughters, Judy (Dave) Bartell, Sandy (Tom) Wern, Peggy (James) Fulkert, Paula (Jim) Fouke; brothers, Clayton and Basil "Butch" (Dorothy) DeVol; sister, Deanna (Bob) Ettl; loving companion, Van Bible; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Rd. on Wednesday from 2 to 9 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private.
