Julie Ann Loucks, 58, of Oregon Ohio, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. Julie was born in Tacoma, Washington on July 16, 1956 to James and Nancy (Harder) Harbourne. Julie was known for her talented craft projects shared with family and friends. She worked as an in-home caregiver to many disabled senior citizens throughout the area. Julie is survived by her beloved son, Jared; parents, James and Nancy Harbourne; siblings, Karen, Jeffery, Vicky, and James Jr.; dear friend, Edwin Dow; along with many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Sunday, March 15, 2015 from 12:00 pm until time of memorial service at 3:00 pm. Private interment will take place.
