Julie Lynn Pommeranz, 58, of Northwood , Ohio , passed away at Promedica Toledo Hospital , Saturday, September 16, 2017. Julie was born in Toledo , Ohio on January 9, 1959 to William R. and Joanne (Sheahan) Pommeranz. After graduating High School, Julie went on to obtain her Bachelors Degree in nursing and worked as a surgical nurse for the University Of Michigan Medical Center. She was very passionate and proud to be a nurse. Julie was a cat lover, loved traveling to England and sharing her love of the Beatles with her close friends there, as well as here. She had a great soul and will be deeply missed. Julie is survived by her mother, Joanne (DeWayne) Hehl; sister, Bonnie (Timothy) Gerkensmeyer; brother, William E. (Julie) Pommeranz; 4 step-brothers and sisters; 5 nieces; 1 nephew; 3 great-nephews; and 2 great-nieces. She was preceded in death by her father.
