Julie L. Steedman, 48, of Northwood, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born on December 6, 1966 to Gene and Shanna (Mallory) Meek. She graduated from Cardinal Stritch High School and received her master's degree in Nursing from the University of Toledo. Julie was a Registered Nurse for 23 years, working most recently with Promedica IT Clinical Informatics. Julie was a member of Memorial United Church of Christ. Surviving are her husband, Timothy A.; daughter, Abigail J. and son Joshua M.; father, Gene Meek; mother, Shanna Meek; brother, Jeffery (Robyn) Meek; father-in-law, Arnold Steedman; sister-in-law, Nan (Mike) Johnson; brother-in-laws, Tom (Kristine) and Joe (Karen) Steedman; 8 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by mother-in-law, Judy Steedman. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 2-8 pm.
