Obituary

Julie A. Woodrum, 52, of Oregon, crossed over to her heavenly home on December 7, 2017, peacefully surrounded by her family and friends, at her home. Julie Ann was born to Louis and Sylvia (Tinker) Nadolny on November 12, 1965 in Toledo, OH. She was a graduate of Cardinal Stritch High School, received her Associate's degree from the University of Toledo, and has worked the last 27 years for HCR ManorCare. She married the love of her life, Thomas Woodrum on August 20, 1994 and was blessed with their son, Jacob. Julie was beautiful and strong-willed, with a radiant smile and a contagious laugh. She loved her family and God more than anything. She loved spending time with friends at the lake or taking numerous trips. She believed that showing love was way better than saying it and she showered everyone around with her love. She was especially proud of her Osage Native American heritage. She is survived by her best friend and husband, Thomas "Woody" Woodrum, and their son, Jacob, her father Louis Nadolny, brothers Mark (Robin) Nadolny and Mike (Jomanna Perez) Nadolny, sisters-in-law Bonnie (Fred) Rist and Marie (Rex) Myers, many loving nieces and nephews and numerous special friends and her "framily". She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Sylvia. Visitation with family and friends will be held Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 1:00-9:00 pm at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 15 at 11:00 am at Epiphany of the Lord - St. Thomas Aquinas, 729 White St., Toledo., with a one hour visitation prior to the service. Interment will take place in Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial donations in Julie's name, gratefully accepted and appreciated by the family, may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Epiphany of the Lord - St. Thomas Aquinas. "I, the Lord your God, have a firm grip on you and I'm not letting you go ... do not be afraid ..." -Isaiah 41:13
