June C. Shepard, 88, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on October 24, 2018 at Promedica Bay Park Hospital. June was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 25, 1929 to Robert and Rose (Frisk) Bolton. She was employed with G.C. Murphy as a clerk and retired from Doehler-Jarvis as an inspector in 1981. June enjoyed playing Bingo and shopping in her spare time. Surviving are her daughter, Diane (Rick) Neff; son, Harry Jinkens; granddaughter, Christy Neff; sister-in-law, Phyllis Bolton; several nieces and nephews and good friend, Dorothy Sartor. June was preceded in death by her parents; husband's, Kenneth Jinkens and James Shepard; brothers, Lynn Foreman; Stewart and Harry Bolton; niece, Judy Bolton and nephew, David Bolton. In keeping with June's wishes, there will be no visitation and private burial in Willow Cemetery will take place at a later date. Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, is assisting the family with arrangements.
