Karen S. Fravor, 64, of Oregon , Ohio , passed away on Friday, November 27, 2009 in Mercy St. Charles Hospital . She was born in Toledo , Ohio on December 2, 1944 to Wilbur and Alma (Lammers) Schwanzl. Karen worked as a kitchen designer with Superior Kitchens for over 20 years retiring in 2004. She enjoyed playing cards and traveling with her husband, Terry. Surviving are her husband, Terry L.; children, Dawn (John) Boggs, Darlene (Rocco) Morisco; step-children, Kim and Scott Fravor; grandchildren, Ashley, Alise, Evan, Brittany, Travis, Anthony, Melanie, Kurt and Cody; great grandchild, Owen; siblings, Wilma Darr, Robert (Carolyn) Schwanzl and Janet ((Phil) Molik. She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband, David Hamann. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 am in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, where visitation will be held on Monday from 2 to 9 pm. Interment will take place in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park . The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
