Kathaleen F. McNeal, 98 of Oregon, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Orchard Villa Nursing with her family by her side. Kathaleen was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 13, 1924 to Henry and Catherine (Fossil) Moungie. She was a graduate of Woodward High School. Kathaleen was a department manager for the former Tiedtke's Department Store and also had worked for Ransom Randolph as a quality control technician. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and also a member of the Order of Eastern Stars. She and her husband enjoyed traveling extensively throughout the United States and sailed on many cruises. Kathaleen enjoyed knitting, crocheting, quilting as well as boating and fishing.

Surviving are her children, Sharon & Larry Amsler, Colleen McNeal, Trish Heilman, Pam & Kim Virag; 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 16 great-great grandchildren and 1 great-great-great grandson. Kathaleen was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Edward "Mac"; son. Eddie; great grandson.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 from 10:00 am until the time of funeral service at 2:00 pm. at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio. Interment will follow in North Oregon Cemetery.
