Katherine F. Noggle, 86, of Toledo, OH passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2006 in Bay Park Community Hospital. She was born on July 11, 1919 in Chicago, IL to George and Marie (Spiegel) Wieland. Katherine was employed by Rossford Ordinance as an accounting clerk. She was a member of the former St. Louis Church and attended St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Surviving are her brother, William Wieland; nephews, James Phillips, John, Patrick and Tom Wieland; nieces, Cathy Houghton and Patricia Thiele; friends, Dianne and Thom Powers, Carol and Bill Fortner. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dale; sister, Frances Phillips; brother, George Wieland. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
