Kathleen A. Batch (Cappelletty), 67, passed away on November 3, 2013 at Lee Memorial Hospital in Ft. Myers, FL. She was born on January 29, 1946 to Phillip and Ethel (Buckholty) in Toledo, Ohio. Kathleen was a graduate of Whitmer High School and worked at both JC Penney'™s and Jack'™s Supermarket. She was a member of the Cooley Canal Yacht Club and was past President of the Ladies Auxiliary'™s of both the Cooley Canal Yacht Club and the VFW 606. She then became a member of the Satin Gavel. Kathleen is survived by her husband, Gerald 'œJerry'; children, Mariann, Gerald Jr. (April), Gary (Bridget), Melinda (Joe); grandchildren, Alyssa, Allison, Abigail, Breanna, Gary Jr., Geremiah, Randi, Olivia, Rian; siblings, Betty, Mary, Al, Suzanne, and Ted. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Phillips, Beverly, Joseph, Frank. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., on Friday, November 8, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and CYCC Ladies Auxiliary services will take place at 7:00 p.m., followed by a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 1105 N. Elliston Rd. in Martin, Ohio and where the family will greet visitors beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
