Kathleen Kinsey Dominique, 61 of Oregon, Ohio, passed away, Thursday, January 25, 2007 at St, Luke's Hospital.  Kathie was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 28, 1945 to Edward and Irene (Toth) Kinsey.  She was a 1963 Clay High School and a University of Toledo College of Business Administration graduate. During her business career Kathie was employed by Verd-A-Ray Electric, Penta County Community College, Ralph Parsons Construction, Questor and AP Parts.  Kathie will always be remembered for her artistic talents, her photography skills, decorating cakes, or teaching students basket weaving.  She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.   Kathie is survived by her loving husband, Dean, mother, Irene Kinsey; brother, Edward (Lisa) Kinsey; sister, Michele (Daniel) Gross; nieces and nephews, Katie, Ashley, Grant Kinsey, Matt and Adam Gross.  She was preceded in death by her father, Edward and her sister, Connie.   There will be no visitation.  A memorial mass will be held at Stephen's Catholic Church, 1880 Genesee Street at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 27,2007.  Arrangements by Kinsey Funeral Home, Birmingham Chapel, 2001 Consaul Street.
