Kathryn Walton, 83 of Oregon, Ohio passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2006 Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg.  Kate was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 15, 1923 to Irvin and Mary (Knerr) Fretz. She graduated from Whitney Vocational School where she became a lifelong seamstress. Kate was a member of Chippewa Golf Club where she enjoyed golfing with her husband. She also was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Oregon and Yondota Chapter #317 O.E.S.   Kate is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Fredrick; daughters, Diane (Gene) Schwind and Marcia (Jeff) Mossing; sisters, Barbara Clark of Morgantown, Indiana and Norma Moon of Grand Rapids, Ohio; grandchildren, Shannon (Michael) Gose, David (Amanda) Hoffman, Alissa (Sy) Gladden and Jason Emch; great-grandchildren, Casey, Carly and Caitlin Gose, Samantha and Tanner Hoffman and Camden Gladden and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Vera Campbell and brother, Marion Fretz.   Visitation will be held Sunday, November 26, 2006 from 2-9 p.m. at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road where a Eastern Star service will be held at. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
