Kendall M. Claypool, 76, of Walbridge, Ohio, passed away on December 13, 2004, in his home. He was born on July 27, 1928, in Midway, Kentucky, to Herman and Bessie (Frederick) Claypool. Kendall was employed as a maintenance supervisor 38 years with LOF retiring in 1983. He was a naval veteran of W.W.II and enjoyed fishing in his spare time.
Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Jean; daughters, Linda Jean Macias of Lafayette, LA and Ferol Retta DeLeon of Rossford, OH; brother, Marvin Claypool of Midway, KY; sisters, Marge Burge of Jacksonville, FL, Betty (Dean) White of Lexington, KY, Lequitta (Ed) Timmoney, FL and Linda (Bob) Flint of Florida; grandchildren, Michael, Kenny and Jon Martens along with Anthony and Nick DeLeon; 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Tuesday from 5-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-5 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment will take place in Lake Township Cemetery.
