Kenneth E. Peters, 87, of Millbury, Ohio, affectionately known as "Pete" to many, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family Sunday, June 14, 2026 at his home. Ken was born in Toledo,Ohio September 19, 1938 to Eugene and Margaret (Kirchner) Peters. He was a gradate of Lake High School and veteran of the United States Navy. He married the love of his life, Beverly Jameson June 10, 1961, while stationed in Maryland. Following Navy service, Ken worked as a job setter with General Motors Hydromatic Plant in Toledo for 38 years, retiring in 1998. He was a member of UAW Local 14, enjoyed working on cars for family and friends, tending to his yard, and working on projects in the garage. His greatest love was spending time with his large extended family whom he loved dearly.

Ken is survived by his wife of 65 years, Beverly; children, Michalene (Mike) Mang, John Peters, and Paul (Leah) Peters; grandchildren, Samuel Peters, Hayden (Halle) Peters, Shea Peters, and Annalise Peters; special niece, Kelsey Tucker; along with many loving family members and friends. Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Tom Peters; and sister, Linda Ralston.

Private funeral services were held for immediate family. Expressions of sympathy may be directed in the form of donations to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or a charity of the donor's choice. Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home assisting the family.
