Kenneth N. Schaff, 53, of Round Rock, Texas passed away on Monday, January 9, 2012 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in Luckenbach, Texas. He was born in Wyandotte, MI on July 17, 1958 to Nicholas and Helen (Pafford) Schaff. Ken graduated from Michigan Technical University and was currently employed as the engineering director with Dell Computers for the past 7 years. He also worked for Bell Laboratories for 17 years in their technical department. Ken enjoyed boating, water skiing and spending time riding his Harley and Custom Bikes.
Surviving are his wife of 18 years, Carol D.; children, Jeff (Jackee) Schaff and their children, Trenton, Andrew, Kaden, Marley and Maya of Carney, MI, Joslyn Meyers and her daughter, Aria of Green Bay, WI; Jason (Kathy Alexander) Johnson of Nashville, TN and Cortney Johnson and her son, Tony of Cedar Park, TX; sister, Sandy (Dave) Williams of Flat Rock, MI; father, Leon Kinsey of Woodhaven, MI; in-laws, Edward Pavley, Dennis (Lisa) Pavley, Cindy (Steve Stamper) Pavley, Richard (Catherine) Pavley, Sue Janssen and Ron (Jessica) Pavley and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Nicholas Schaff and mother, Helen Kinsey.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, January 20, 2012 from 4 p.m. until the time of memorial celebration at 6 p.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy in Ken'™s name are asked to consider the charity of the donor'™s choice.
