Kenneth Timmons, 81, of Genoa, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2008, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 2, 1927, to Russell and Ruth (Stuart) Timmons. Ken was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was employed for 35 years as a draftsman/surveyor for the City of Toledo retiring in 1981. Ken was a member of the Sylvania Pyramid Lodge No. 287 F. & A.M., a licensed surveyor, and also a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing. Surviving are his sons, Michael (Mary) and Kenneth (Rose) Timmons; grandchildren, Keri (Scott) Kuebler, Clark (Kellie), Curt, Steve (Evelyn), Sean and Andrea Timmons; great-grand-children, Ashley, Courtney, Taylor, Katelyn, Cole, and Oliver; brother, Leo; sister, Donna Gerondale, and several nieces and nephews. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Rosann L. Timmons; son, Gary; brothers, Louie, and Russell, and sisters, Christine Romstadt and Thelma Gidell. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road on Tuesday, September 16, 2008, from 2 until 9 p.m. where Masonic services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will begin on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with interment following at Lake Township Cemetery. The family appreciates all the love and care that Ken received while living at the Genoa Care Center Assisted Living and Hospice, therefore, memorial contributions can be made to Genoa Care Center or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
