Kristen N. Donnelly, 39, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. She was born in Toledo, OH on December 24, 1974 to Edward T. Jr. and Julie A. (Lebowsky) Donnelly. Kristen graduated from Rogers High School and worked in the home health care field for several years. Surviving are her father, Edward T. Jr. (Linda) Donnelly; mother, Julie A. (Kim) Valentine; son, Scylar Glass; brother, Edward T. III (Kristine) Donnelly and sister, Megan (Joe) Schuck. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 from 2:00 pm until the time of her memorial service at 5:00 pm. Memorial contributions in Kristen'™s memory may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
