Kristoffer Michael Staler, 38 of east Toledo passed away unexpectedly from an accident while woodworking in his home on Thursday, December 13, 2018. Kris was born August 12, 1980 in Toledo, Ohio. He graduated from Rogers High School and the enlisted in the United States Navy where he served in Oklahoma. He had worked as a mechanic for Johnson's Towing. He was a big Cleveland Browns and Detroit Red Wings Fan. But his real love was his children, being a very involved dad. Surviving are the loves of his life, his children, Kyle, Paige and Sarah; mother, Mary Staler; brother, Korry Staler; grandparents, Alfred and Mary Staler; best friend, Tommy Austin; also surviving are aunts, uncles cousins and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 2-8 pm at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, and where his funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am.
