Leona O. Eck, 98 years young, entered peacefully into heaven January 4, 2015. Leona was born in Elmore, Ohio on April 15, 1916 to Albert and Anna (Deno) Durdel. On March 4, 1941 she married Herman Eck. She was an active member of St. Mark Lutheran Church for many years. Leona is survived by her grandsons; Jared Foster and Joey Santoni; along with many nieces, nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Sharon Santoni; along with 9 brothers and sisters. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Thursday, January 8, 2015 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 11:00 am. Private interment will take place in Mt. Royal Memorial Park, Glenshaw, Pennsylvania.
