Leona Ludwig, 91, of Oregon, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Heartland of Oregon. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 6, 1926 to Lucien and Isabel (Hebert) Goode. Leona worked for Mercy St. Charles Hospital in the Housekeeping Department. She was a member of the former Second Baptist Church. Leona enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with her family. Leona is survived by her children, Kenneth (MaryAnn) Ludwig, Jacqueline Wittscheck, Donald (Sharon) Ludwig; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; brother, Thomas Goode; sisters, Joyce Justice and Carol Crosser. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Ludwig. Friends may visit at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
