Leona Nissen 92, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 24, 2002 at Otterbein Portage Valley Retirement Village, Pemberville, Ohio. Leona was born March 24, 1910 in Jamestown, PA, to Stanley and Anna Grybowski. Leona worked for L.O.F. during WWII and later at McCorkels Market until retiring at age 72. She was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church Williston. She also was a member of O.E.S. and was a Demalaya Mother. Surviving are her children Donald (Gerri) Traub and Dolores Conners, both of Florida; 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. There will be no vistation and services will be private.
