Leonard R. DeMuth Leonard R. DeMuth, 87, of Toledo passed away on Monday, June 7, 2003 in his home. Mr. DeMuth was born in Crestline Ohio on September 18, 1915 to Roy and Emma (Kyle) DeMuth. He was a US Army veteran of World War II. Mr. DeMuth was a conductor for CSX and the former Chessie System for 39 years, before his retirement in 1979. Surviving are his sons, Paul (Patricia) and Leonard F.(Susan) DeMuth; daughter, Rita Wetzel; grandchildren, John Demecs, Leonard and Milton Wetzel, Scott, Tiffany, Theresa, Michael DeMuth and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Frecketon DeMuth and grandson, Thomas Demecs. Visitation will be held on Thursday, from 2 to 9 pm in the Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon where funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 11:00 am.
