Levee Christian Segur, 35, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018. Levee was born On October 5, 1983 in Toledo, Ohio to Douglas and Diane (Troje) Segur. He was employed with UPS for 18 years. Levee loved animals especially his cats Harley and Gizmo. Levee is survived by his mother, Diane (Melvin) Marek; sister, Chrism Hoisington; brothers, Travis Segur and Jason Hoover (Michelle); grandparents, Robert & Irene Troje; nephews and niece, DeVante, Terrell, Kyzer, Kaleigh, and Henrik; along with many loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents, Leonard & Elsie Segur. Levee graduated from Clay High School in 2002, excelling in baseball and football. A lifelong sports fan especially the Detroit Lions and U of M Wolverines. Levee loved all genres of music and going to concerts, his favorite band was BUSH. Levee, Travis and Kyzer spent endless hours together tossing around a football, watching sports, playing video and board games. Travis and Levee were not only brothers they were best friends. Levee had a special bond with his sister Chrism she would be there for him whenever he needed her. DeVante and Terrell were like little brothers to Levee. Jason was the big brother Levee looked up too. Levee loved Kyzer like a son. A kind and loving person Levee cherished family gatherings. He enjoyed his grandpa's stories and grandma's genuine faith. Levee loved his mom's homemade meals. Levee and his mom were each other's rocks; they could talk for hours about anything and everything. Levee will always be remembered for his beautiful blue eyes and his kind compassionate gentle loving soul. Coy Road on Sunday, January 6, 2019 from 12:00 pm – 8:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, January 7, 2019 at 11:00 am in Epiphany of the lord Parish- Sacred Heart Church, 509 Oswald Street, Toledo, where the family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 am.
