Lewis E. Black, 63, of Toledo, Ohio passed away September 29, 2014 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. He was born in Toledo on August 26, 1951 to Lewis W. and Gloria (Brown) Black. Surviving are his daughters, Angie and Christina Black. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be no visitation or service.
