Lillian M. Fleenor, 73 of east Toledo, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2006 at Bay Park Community Hospital.  Lillian was born on March 2, 1933 to William and Loretta (Lucier) Heath.  She had retired from GM Powertrain in 1998 after 24 years of service.  Lillian was a member of the Northend Church of God.   She is survived by her loving children, Deby (Steve) Koch, Iva (Art) Frederick, Michael (Joanne) Fleenor; grandchildren, Jennifer (Tim) Preston, Jason (Rachael) Koch, Josh (Jenny) Koch, Jake Koch, Michael Lee Fleenor; step granddaughters, Amber and Tasha Frederick; 5 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.  Also surviving are her sister, Betty Blount; brothers, Bill, Ronnie, Bob Heath.  Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, ex-husband, Roy Fleenor; brothers, Butch, Jerry, and Francis Heath.   Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-9 p.m. at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S.
