Lillian D. Measley, 86, of Northwood, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Sunday, July 22, 2018. Lillian was born in Wonsocket, Rhode Island on February 3, 1932 to Theodore and Evelina (Arel) Smith. For many years, Lillian worked as a hostess with Bob Evans Restaurant. Lillian's true love was her family and treasured the time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Lillian is survived by her children, Michael (Wanda) Measley, Janet (Paul) Culley, David (Raya) Measley, and Roger Measley; 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Stella (Leo) Bernier; and sister-in-law, Virginia (Tom) Krasniewski. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of over 50 years, Clifford; sister, Annette Mountain; and brother, Robert Smith.
The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00pm. Entombment: Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy may be directed in the form of contributions to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
