Linda M. Kosch, 81 of Oregon, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 16, 2024 with her family by her side. Linda was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 28, 1943 to Oscar Reinhart and Hilda Lorena (Pederson) Harris. She attended was Neighborhood Baptist Church, Coy Rd., Oregon, Ohio. Linda had a love for the Lord and attended church regularly all her life starting with going with her Grandmother Pedersen, who was very special to her and taught her to cook on a high back chair at 4 years old.
Linda enjoyed traveling with her father and her sister; along with camping and nature of all kinds, including frogs and turtles. She loved feeding what she called the critters, racoons, opossums, skunks and stray cats every evening with a meal and dessert.
She started work at a young age ironing clothes for people, Hirzel Cannery, restaurant work, factory and housekeeping and laundry at Maumee Bay State Park. Linda enjoyed cooking, baking, canning tomatoes, for family and neighbors often and for all the holidays
Surviving are her children, Perry (Lora) Marlow, Cindy (Richard) Marlow Dailey, Ervin (Julie) Kosch; grandchildren, Amanda, Amy, Mike, Amy (Jay); great grandchildren, Brelynn, Kaley (Mitchell), Sadey, Hollie, Dominik; great great grandchildren, Audrey & Warren; sister, Ellen McKenzie; brothers, Wayne, Glenn, Gerald Harris Linda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Kosch; daughter, Tammy; brothers, Danny, Ervin, Marvin Harris.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024 at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon from 10:00 am until the time of funeral services at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in North Oregon Cemetery.
