Linda M. Steyer, 61, of Curtice, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Linda was born in Oregon, Ohio on September 24, 1955 to Gerald and Beatrice (Toeppe) Snider. On May 5, 1979, she married Donald Steyer. Linda was an animal lover, enjoyed reading, and spending time at her favorite casinos. Her true passion was cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Linda is survived by her husband of 37 years, Donald; daughter, Andrea ( Cory Atwill) Steyer and Victoria Proffitt; siblings, Geraldine Rudolph, Herbert (Carol) Snider, David (Judy) Snider; along with many nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father, Billy Clark. A Celebration of Linda's life will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2016 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Sunrise Park & Banquet Center, 1460 Woodville Road, Millbury, Ohio 43447. Linda's family encourages all in attendance to wear their favorite football attire. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to the American Cancer Society or Cherry Street Mission.
