IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Lindsay "Lulu"
Wysowaty
April 19, 1979 – July 29, 2023
Lindsay "Lulu" Wysowaty unexpectedly left this world, Saturday, July 29, 2023. She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel, and grandparents. She will forever be remembered by husband, Essa; daughters, Samatha and Katie; mother, Jennifer; sisters, Tina (Craig) and Kelly (Stephen); nieces and nephews, Jordan (Logan), Seth, Riley, Logan and ivy; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends, espeically her dear friends, Jamie and Ellen, who have been a true blessing in Lulu, Essa, and the girls' lives.
Throughout her childhood and young adult life, Lulu loved playing and coaching volleyball, snowboarding with her dad and friends, and traveling. Her sense of adventure continued into adulthood where she continued to create beautiful memories with her husband and two daughters. Lulu found her calling as a registered nurse and held various positions throughout her rewarding career. She had great style and loved to change up her hair and makeup frequently, always mathing her unique personality. If her hair and makeup weren't enough her sense of style and admiration for art and self-expression could be witnessed through her many tattoos. Lulu was passionate about creating an atmosphere just as eclectic and spiritual as she was. She was a naturally gifted artist and loved to paint and create objects and furniture that matched her unique style and décor. Lulu also enjoyed many different hobbies, most recently writing poetry, journaling, sound healing, and meditation.
Of all the things Lulu had accomplished in her short life, being a mother and a wife was what filled her heart most with pride and joy. Sam and Katie brought out the best in Lulu and brought her alive as a mother. Likewise, Lulu brought out the best in Sam and Katie, allowing them to flourish into the people they wanted to be. She always made sure they had a space to grow, be themselves, and know they are loved beyond measure no matter what. Lulu's overflowing generosity, sense of humor, and thoughtfulness can be seen in Kaite and Sam by everyone around them. Together they enjoyed visiting Tybee Island where Lulu was able to share one of her places with her favorite people. Lulu and her girls shared a big heart, which you could see every time you entered their house and saw a new furry friend who needed a warm, loving home.
When Lulu met Essa, she knew immediately she found the love of her life. They celebrated their marriage in true Lulu and Essa fashion, with all of their favorite people together in their pajamas, drinking hot chocolate, and dancing the night away. Lulu and Essa loved riding their motorcycles together and traveling. Their relationship grew even stronger as they navigated the world of parenting together. Lulu and Essa shared a marriage full of adventure, laughter, and unconditional love. Together they built a beautiful life with their girls and their fur babies.
Everyone who knew Lulu knew how devoted, generous, genuine, authentic, artistic, comical and unique she was. There truly are not enough good words to describe her. A sense of humor that only she possessed allowed for an ability to share unforgettable stories of her experiences that left little to the imagination. Thankfully she loved sharing those stories as much as we loved hearing them, even if the punchline was at her expense. She created a home full of love and laughter where everyone felt welcomed and cherished. Her heart was overflowing with love and kindness. Gift giving was definitely her love language and it was evident by the many thoughtful ways that she showed she was thinking of someone she loved. She loved helping others whether in need or "just because" and was never expecting (or accepting) anything in return.
Lulu has touched so many lives and hearts which her family has felt through the outpouring of prayers, hugs, kind words, and shared memories from all that knew her. Thank you is simply not enough to say how grateful we are for all the love and support during this time. We love her to the moon and back.
No funeral services will be held per Lulu's wishes; however, a Celebration of Life will be held in the near future. Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
