Lisa J. Bake, 56, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away peacefully Friday, February 17, 2023 at McLaren St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee, Ohio. Lisa was born in Bowling Green, Ohio August 4, 1966 to Robert and Zoe Mae (Carpenter) Pfouts. Lisa was a graduate of Ohio University and Owens Technical College and worked as a registered nurse in several hospitals in Northwest Ohio for 32 years. She enjoyed spending time with her horses, gardening, reading and researching her family genealogy as a member of the Wood County Genealogical Society.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Jim; mother, Zoe Mae Pfouts; children, Kory (Julie) Belkofer, Eric (Kristin) Belkofer, and Deidra (Sean Barone) Belkofer; grandchildren, Travis, Kameron, and Noah; brother, Rob (Carlyn) Pfouts; along with many loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father and first husband, John Belkofer.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road (east of I-280) Friday, February 24, 2023 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm – 8: 00 pm. Funeral services Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment: Restlawn Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.   Following the the cemetery commital service, family and friends are invited to Word of Truth Christian Church, 1163 Napoleon Road, Bowling Green for a time of lunch and fellowship.
