Louise C. Bohm, 101, of Oregon, Ohio passed away May 1, 2003 in Heartland of Oregon. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 22, 1902 to Lewis and Margaretha (Klein) Strauss. Louise was the widow of Edward F. Bohm. She was employed as a production supervisor for the Auto-Lite Company for 40 years, retiring in 1962, and a life-long member of First United Church of Christ. Her family was her pride and joy. She is survived by her grandson, Daniel (Dianne) Saevig; granddaughter, Susan (Jerri) Eckel; great-granddaughter, Danielle Saevig; son-in-law, Gene (Virginia Walsh) Saevig; as well as several nieces and nephews. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Donna Saevig; brother, Louis Strauss and sister, Emma Unger. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2, 2003 from 2-9 p.m. at the Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, where funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 3, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Forest Cemetery.
