Louise M. Dieckmann, 92, of Oregon, Ohio, formerly of Stadium Road, passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at the Landings of Oregon. Louise was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 22, 1931 to George Charles and Flora Elizabeth (Walther) Hamilton. She was married to Robert Dieckmann in 1951 until his passing in 2009. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Richard Charles Hamilton. Louise was a 1949 graduate of Waite High School. She had worked as a school bus driver for the Oregon City Schools for over 20 years, retiring in 1993. She was a longtime member of Clark Street United Methodist Church in East Toledo, becoming a member in 1941.

Surviving are her children, Cheryl (Kevin) Cousino; Robert (Pamela) Dieckmann; granddaughter, Dawn Mikolas (Dan); great grandchildren, Jack and Lyla. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 9, from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon where her memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm. Private inurnment will take place at Willow Cemetery. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Louise's memory are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio or a charity of the donor's choice.
