Lucille K. Paul. 94 of Oregon, Ohio passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Genacross of Toledo with her family by her side. Teal was born in Jerusalem Township on April 6, 1927 to Doris Edward and Florence (Yeupell) Mominee. Lucille was raised at "Little" Cedar Point off Cedar Point Rd, where her father was a Caretaker. She loved to dance and met her husband Dewey at Gulish Villa. Lucille and Dewey were married for over 60 years and enjoyed many years of boating with a large circle of friends. Teal worked at Jerusalem Elementary School in the head start program, the Gathering Place, and First St. John Lutheran Church Preschool as a teacher where she was affectionately known to this day by her students as "Miss Lucille". Surviving are her children, Larry (Darlene) Paul, Kathy (Dennis) Healy, Terry (Debbie) Paul; grandchildren, Holli (Mike) Lones, Jamie (Jason) Blazevich, Heather (Jerry) Keller, Nick (Lauren) Paul, Brittany (Nate) Hayes, Brooke (Brian) Moore; great grandchildren, Cody, Julia, Mikey, Jay, Kaci, Chase, Carter, Mason, Jackson, Hudson,, Parker, Olivia Teal; brother, James Mominne. Teal was preceded in death by her parents, husband, DeWayne "Dewey" Paul; twin great-grandsons, Jake and James; sister, Violet Vogt. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road Tuesday, August 3, 2021 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral services Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 11:00 am at First St. John Lutheran Church, 2471 Seaman Road, Toledo, where the family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy in Teal's memory are asked to consider First St. John Lutheran Church or to Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Teal's family would like to express their thanks to Mary for the love and care she gave to Teal while living at Genacross.
